The breaks worth planning around

  • Sermorelin 2mg to 5mg: -41.8%. €11.00/mg down to €6.40/mg. Same €22.00 starting price, €10.00 more for the 5mg.
  • GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 5mg to 10mg: -31.3%. €4.80/mg down to €3.30/mg. Buying 10mg as two 5mg vials costs €48.00; the single 10mg vial is €33.00. You pay €15.00 for the privilege of splitting it.
  • Tesamorelin 5mg to 10mg: -30.0%. €7.00/mg down to €4.90/mg. Two 5mg vials are €70.00 against €49.00 for the 10mg — a €21.00 penalty for the same 10 mg.
  • Tesamorelin 10mg to 20mg: -13.3%. €4.90/mg down to €4.25/mg. The shallowest step in the cluster, and the only second doubling anywhere in it: €98.00 as two 10mg vials against €85.00 for the single 20mg, a €13.00 saving.

The catch: cheaper per mg, only if you use it

Listed cost per mg assumes every milligram gets drawn. GH secretagogues are dosed in micrograms, usually more than once a day, and reconstituted peptide holds roughly three to six weeks at 2–8 °C depending on the vial. That combination is where big-vial economics quietly fail.

Take hexarelin, the steepest break in the cluster. Our catalogue reference for the 5mg vial is 2mL of bacteriostatic water, giving 2.5 mg/mL, with a stated reconstituted window of three to four weeks.

At 200 mcg twice daily (400 mcg/day), that 5mg vial runs 12.5 days. Comfortably inside the window, nothing is stranded, and the full €5.80/mg is realised. The discount is real.

At 100 mcg once daily, the same vial holds 50 doses — 50 days. The window closes at roughly 28. You use 2.8 mg and discard 2.2 mg, so your effective cost is 29.00 ÷ 2.8 = €10.36 per delivered mg. The 2mg vial at 1.00 mg/mL runs 20 days at the same dose, finishes clean, and delivers its full €11.00/mg. A 47.3% headline discount has become a 5.8% real one.

The same test applied to GHRP-2 is gentler but points the same way. The 10mg vial in 3mL is quoted at four to six weeks reconstituted. At 200 mcg three times daily (600 mcg/day) it lasts 16.7 days and the €3.30/mg stands. At 100 mcg once daily it would need 100 days; capped at 42, you deliver 4.2 mg for €33.00 = €7.86/mg. The 5mg vial carries a shorter three-to-four-week window, so at 28 days it delivers 2.8 mg of its 5 mg for €24.00 = €8.57/mg. The 10mg still wins, but by 8.3% instead of 31.3%.

Where the ladder flattens: tesamorelin

Tesamorelin is the compound most likely to justify a big vial, because it is dosed in milligrams rather than micrograms — 1–2 mg per day in the catalogue reference. At 2 mg daily, a 10mg vial empties in five days and a 20mg vial in ten, both comfortably inside the three-to-four-week reconstituted window. Waste is not the constraint here; unit price is.

It is also the only compound in the cluster with three priced rungs, which makes it the one place where a second doubling can be measured rather than assumed:

  • 5mg at €35.00 = €7.00/mg
  • 10mg at €49.00 = €4.90/mg — a -30.0% step
  • 20mg at €85.00 = €4.25/mg — a further -13.3%

End to end that is -39.3% from 5mg to 20mg, but the shape matters more than the total: three quarters of the saving is banked on the first doubling, and the second one returns less than half as much. Twenty milligrams bought as two 10mg vials is €98.00 against €85.00 for the single 20mg.

The gap in the dataset is wider than most per-mg guides admit, though. Four compounds here have exactly one priced rung, so no ladder can be measured: ipamorelin, CJC-1295 no-DAC, CJC-1295 DAC and the CJC/ipamorelin blend all have smaller catalogue pages that carry no price. Sermorelin has an unpriced 10mg page too — a shame, since its 2mg-to-5mg break is the second steepest in the group. The blend arbitrage

The CJC/ipamorelin blend is the one row where the per-mg figure changes a purchasing decision outright. The 10mg vial is 5mg CJC-1295 (no DAC) plus 5mg ipamorelin, listed at €74.99 — €7.50 per mg of total peptide.

Buy the components as separate vials instead: CJC-1295 10mg at €44.99 and ipamorelin 10mg at €54.99. That is €99.98 for 20 mg of peptide, or €5.00 per mg — and it gives you twice as much material.

Put another way: 20 mg of separate CJC-1295 and ipamorelin costs €99.98. Twenty milligrams as two blend vials costs €149.98. The convenience of one draw instead of two costs €50.00, a 50% premium per mg. Whether that is worth paying is a real question — a fixed 1:1 ratio in one barrel is genuinely simpler — but it should be a decision, not an accident. One honest caveat: no 5mg price exists for either component in our index, so a strict like-for-like 5mg plus 5mg comparison cannot be built. The €5.00/mg figure above is the blended rate of two 10mg vials.

What a milligram costs on the syringe

Per-mg pricing only becomes concrete when it lands on a plunger. Everything below uses each vial’s catalogue reference reconstitution, and a U-100 syringe throughout, where 1 unit = 0.01 mL. Concentration is vial strength ÷ BAC water; volume is dose ÷ concentration; units is volume × 100.

Two things jump out. The cheapest single draw in the cluster is a 100 mcg CJC-1295 dose at €0.45 — four units on the barrel. CJC-1295 DAC at 2 mg is €15.60 a shot, thirty-five times that, and fills the whole barrel. Same class, two completely different cost structures, because DAC is dosed weekly in milligrams while the GHRPs are dosed daily in micrograms. Price per mg means nothing without the dose attached, which is why the DAC versus no-DAC breakdown matters before you shop.

Note also that the 10mg GHRP rows land on 3.33 mg/mL, so a 250 mcg draw is 7.5 units — an awkward half. Adding 2mL instead of 3mL gives 5 mg/mL and puts that same 250 mcg on exactly 5 units; 4mL gives 2.5 mg/mL and puts it on 10. Change the water, not your reading of the plunger — the general logic sits in the reconstitution chart.

What does a 20mg tesamorelin vial cost per mg?

€4.25 per mg — €85.00 for 20 mg in our index snapshot. That makes it the third-cheapest rung in the whole cluster, behind only the two 10mg GHRP vials at €3.30. Against the 10mg vial at €4.90/mg it is a 13.3% saving, or €13.00 on twenty milligrams: the shallowest step in the cluster, and a useful reminder that ladders flatten near the top.

Is the CJC/ipamorelin blend cheaper than buying both peptides?

No. The 10mg blend is €74.99, or €7.50 per mg of total peptide. A 10mg CJC-1295 vial (€44.99) plus a 10mg ipamorelin vial (€54.99) is €99.98 for 20 mg — €5.00 per mg, and twice the material. The blend charges roughly 50% more per mg for the convenience of one draw.

How many doses does a GHRP-2 10mg vial hold?

At 100 mcg per dose, 100 doses; at 200 mcg, 50; at 300 mcg, 33. Reconstituted in 3mL that is 3, 6 and 9 units respectively on a U-100 syringe.
