One SKU, three catalogue sizes, one listed price
Ipamorelin appears in the PeptiMap catalogue at 2mg, 5mg and 10mg. In our supply mapping, all three route back to a single 10mg supply line, and only that 10mg row carries a price in the EU price index: €54.99, or €5.50 per mg.
That U-100 assumption is stated once and holds for every figure on this page: 1 unit = 0.01 mL, 100 units to the millilitre. If you are working from a U-40 barrel the unit counts do not transfer.

The two formulas behind every number
The whole chart is these two lines applied over and over.
mg/mL = vial strength (mg) ÷ BAC water added (mL)
mcg per unit = (mg/mL × 1000) ÷ 100
Worked example, 10mg vial with 2mL:
- Concentration: 10 ÷ 2 = 5 mg/mL = 5000 mcg/mL
- Per unit: 5000 ÷ 100 = 50 mcg per unit
- A 200mcg draw: 200 ÷ 50 = 4 units = 0.04 mL
Worked example, 10mg vial with 5mL:
- Concentration: 10 ÷ 5 = 2 mg/mL = 2000 mcg/mL
- Per unit: 2000 ÷ 100 = 20 mcg per unit
- The same 200mcg draw: 200 ÷ 20 = 10 units = 0.10 mL
Same peptide, same 0.2mg delivered, two and a half times the distance travelled on the plunger. Concentration decides units; the vial label never does.

Why 200mcg and 300mcg land so neatly
The two headline doses hit whole units at every volume in the chart, which is not something you can take for granted. Line them up:

Three of the four volumes give whole units for both doses. The 2.5mL option — the volume the ipamorelin 10mg reference page uses — is the only one that pushes 300mcg onto a half mark at 7.5 units, though its 200mcg draw is a very clean 5 units.
There is a real trade-off buried in that table. At 2mL a 200mcg dose is four units, so a one-unit misread is a 25% error; at 5mL the same dose is ten units and a one-unit misread is 10%. More water buys a longer, more forgiving draw. Less water buys a smaller injection volume. They are different rulers for the same peptide, which is the whole idea behind the reconstitution chart.
How long a 10mg vial actually lasts
Ipamorelin protocols run two to three administrations a day, so the vial empties on a daily-total basis rather than a per-dose one. At €5.50 per mg, cost per dose is just the milligram fraction:

Now put that against the reconstituted shelf life. Ipamorelin in solution holds roughly 3 to 4 weeks refrigerated at 2–8 °C, which is the figure carried on our size pages. That window, not the dose count, is what decides whether a 10mg vial is the right buy.
- 200mcg twice daily empties the vial in 25 days — almost exactly the stability window. That is the cleanest fit in the whole table.
- 300mcg three times daily runs out in 11 days, comfortably inside the window, and costs €4.95 a day.
- 100mcg twice daily would take 50 days, so roughly half the vial would sit past its solution window. At that dose a smaller vial, or splitting the powder before reconstituting, makes more sense than a 10mg fill.

Two pairs of rows are worth spotting. A 5mg vial in 1mL and a 10mg vial in 2mL are the identical ruler — 5 mg/mL, 50 mcg per unit, 4 units for 200mcg. Step from one to the other and nothing on your syringe changes; you simply get twice as many draws. Likewise a 2mg vial in 1mL matches a 10mg vial in 5mL at 2 mg/mL.
Vial duration at 200mcg twice daily: the 2mg vial lasts 5 days, the 5mg lasts 12.5 days, the 10mg lasts 25 days. Only the largest of the three carries a listed price, so a per-mg comparison across the ipamorelin ladder is not something our dataset can support.
Where ipamorelin sits among the GH secretagogues
What the index can support is a cross-compound comparison at a matched 10mg vial size, since six growth-hormone compounds carry a 10mg row.
Listed EU price-index figures at a matched 10mg vial: GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 at EUR 33.00, CJC-1295 (no DAC) at EUR 44.99, tesamorelin at EUR 49.00, ipamorelin at EUR 54.99, CJC/Ipamorelin blend at EUR 74.99.
Ipamorelin runs about 67% above GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 at the same vial size, 22% above CJC-1295 no-DAC, and 12% above tesamorelin. The CJC/Ipamorelin blend at €74.99 is the priciest per milligram, though a blend milligram is a combined total and not a like-for-like against a single compound. Note that the €4.50/mg CJC-1295 figure is the no-DAC 10mg row; the DAC version only lists at 5mg, on a different ruler entirely.
At a 200mcg dose the absolute gap is small: €1.10 per draw against €0.66 for GHRP-2, or €22 across a full 10mg vial.

It depends entirely on the reconstitution volume. From a 10mg vial: 4 units at 2mL (5 mg/mL), 5 units at 2.5mL, 6 units at 3mL, and 10 units at 5mL. Each of those delivers the same 0.2mg — the only thing changing is how much liquid carries it.
How much BAC water do I add to a 10mg ipamorelin vial?
